The owners will be gone until the middle of May and want to rent to someone who would like to rent for six or seven months and would prefer it to be completely furnished along with everything else needed, such as bedding, bathing, cooking supplies. They will be leaving everything behind for the tenant's use. Tenant will be responsible for paying for utilities during the stay. No need to transfer into tenant name but charges will be forwarded to the tenant ledger and tenant will be given a copy of the statements. 

The owners have one car parked in the garage and there is room for a compact car or motorcycle plus two parking spaces in the driveway. The second bedroom has a couch as it is currently set up like a den/craft room. The owners stated that if a tenant wants a second bed, then they can bring their own in and remove it when they leave. The master bedroom has a bed in it. 

Front door is located behind a locked gate, which will provide added security. It is nicely landscaped out front. The back has a covered patio area. There is no grass. 

It is close to a large greenway, a golf course, a place of worship and a religious school.

Tenant must vacate at the end of the lease. Property will be available for occupancy as of now through the middle of May. 

Other details provided by the owner include a Sleep Number King Bed, a 60' 3D TV, Side by Side Refrigerator with ice and purified water in door. It has a private entrance, recliner sofas, washer and dryer.
